Test Principle
The human Chorionic Gonadotropin pregnancy rapid test kit is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in urine, serum or plasma to aid in the early detection of pregnancy.
Intended Use
Used for the qualitative detection of human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG) in urine, serum or plasma.
Test Procedure
Remove the cassette from the sealed pouch. Add 2 drops (80–100µL) of urine, serum or plasma vertically into the sample well.
Read Result
within 5 minutes (urine)
Within 5-7 minutes (Serum/Plasma)
Urine: Read Result Within 5 minutes the result is invails over 5 minutes.
Serum/Plasma: Read Result Within 5 minutes the result is invails over 5 minutes.
