Test Principle
The Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG) Pregnancy Rapid Test Kit is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of hCG in urine, serum or plasma to aid in the early detection of pregnancy. The test utilizes antibodies including monoclonal HCG-β antibody and goat anti-mouse IgG on the nitrocellulose membrane.
Intended Use
Used for the qualitative detection of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG) in urine, serum or plasma.
Test Procedure
Remove the cassette from the sealed pouch. Add 2 drops (80–100µL) of urine, serum or plasma vertically into the sample well.
Read Result
within 5 minutes (urine)
Within 5-7 minutes (Serum/Plasma)
Urine: Read Result Within 5 minutes the result is invails over 5 minutes.
Serum/Plasma: Read Result Within 5 minutes the result is invails over 5 minutes.
